AGAVE: From Valles region
AGED: American White Oak Barrel up to 18 months.
COLOR: Crystalline and bright product, with faint golden reflections, clean and unctuous in glass.
OLFATO: Very gentle on the nose with aromas of cooked agave, bitter chocolate. It shows a slight presence of herbal and mineral notes that contrast with the presence of almond and wood.
TASTE: It is perceived oily, sweet but fresh. Maintains congruence with aromatic notes. The notes of cocoa and wood are very clear. It is very persistent on mouth.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 35% Alc. Vol. 80 proof
Agile, intelligent and strong. The eagle has the ability to keep the ecosystem in balance, thanks to its wisdom and experience. Its harmonious flight is distinguished by the pitch dark of its wings that is complemented by the brightness of its white inner body.
