AGAVE: Ripe Agave, mostly from the Valles region.

COLOR: Crystalline and translucent product, with iridescence of slightly silver sparkles. Clean and bright, great adhesion to the cup forming tears of great body.
OLFATO: Gentle aromas of Cooked Agave, herbal (mint, anise), floral (jasmine and lemon leaf), spices (pepper and anise), citrus (orange peel), (aromas are well defined), but still soft.
TASTE: It is perceived sweet with smooth notes of cooked agave, honey, anise, orange and tangerine flavor. Round and with good permanence, smooth and very long aftertaste.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 35% Alc. Vol. 80 proof
